The arrows represent the electronegativity of the hydrogen; less than the oxygen.
The layout of your blog is really good. The colors are kept simple and the colors are eye catching. The theme works out really well and its not too crowded. I like how you made some words bold or underlined.
Your drawing seems to be accurate. By showing the measurements you really showed how H2O2 is formed together.
